Project text and imported media are stored in IndexedDB in this browser. They are not uploaded by the creative workspace. If you use automated support chat, your messages and public site context are sent to Typebot. On the TEST site, support forms send your email, request details and any attached screenshot to the support service. It stores a ticket and sends a receipt to you and a notification to support@plotivra.com. Do not include passwords or private project media.
Payment confirmation starts delivery. Credits are allocated automatically, within 24 hours at the latest. Contact support if delivery is delayed; undelivered purchases qualify for a full refund.
Each completely unused credit pack is eligible for a full refund requested within 7 calendar days of purchase. Used packs do not qualify for change-of-mind refunds. Duplicate charges, non-delivery and unresolved service faults are reviewed separately; statutory rights are unaffected. Support replies within 48 hours, decides within 5 calendar days after receiving the necessary information, and initiates approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 calendar days. Bank processing time is additional.

The interface includes keyboard focus, named controls and reduced-motion support. Shot order can be changed with the earlier/later buttons without dragging. Contact support if a control is difficult to use.
Uploaded files remain subject to their existing rights. The supplied concept artwork is labeled as inspiration. No legal copyright owner for the Plotivra service has been asserted in this preview.
AI generation, cloud synchronization, payment and final video rendering are not connected. Uploaded video playback depends on your browser and the file codec. No rendered-film result is implied by a reference image.
The local creative workspace does not transmit project media or integrate advertising. Support messages have a separate Typebot data flow described above. Formal commercial privacy disclosures remain pending.
